Here is my painting after applying clear gesso and painting over the underpainting with acrylic paints, stabilo pencil and Portfolio Watersoluable oil pastels with gel medium. I also stenciled a background with the oil pastels and then heat set. I am in the process now of deciding what other fabrics and laces to add to this piece.

This is a beautiful piece!
I just started myself experimenting with acrylic and mixed-media painting on different solid and printed fabrics(cotton, denim, flanel etc).
